Social and health care sector
The main aim is to establish a social and health care network of Barents Specialists in the educational establishments involved in the project by increasing the knowledge of the Barents area focused on social and health care and by strengthening the existing cooperation.
The sector’s aim is also to increase the educational establishments’ cooperation with social and health care organisations, non-governmental organisations and other educational establishments in order to meet the local needs and to raise the interests and knowledge in the Barents affairs and to support possible activities.
The constructed active cross-border network of educational establishments utilizes its Barents competence in the social and health care sector for the benefit of the people’s health and welfare in the area.
